When I founded Checklist Concierge Service, I knew I didn’t want to be a "typical" executive. I wanted to build a business that felt as personal as a family dinner and as precise as an executive board meeting. For 2026—my year of Practice—I’m redefining what leadership means:

From Survival to Service: Our "Why"
Checklist Concierge was born from my personal experience with breast cancer—a diagnosis that forced me to confront how fragile time truly is. I realized that having a trusted partner to manage logistics and protect limited time is not a luxury; it is a lifeline.
I think of clients like "Mrs. T." A brave woman battling her own cancer diagnosis, she found herself navigating treatment with no family left in the Cullman area. For Mrs. T, our service provides dedicated assistance to help her stay independent and organized. She knows she is never truly alone—even when the Alabama sky turns dark. During local tornado warnings, she stays with our team until the all-clear sounds, because providing support means showing up when the "checklists" of life get scary.

Our Story
Founded by Traci Absher-Johnson, Checklist Concierge Service is rooted in a lifelong work ethic that started long before the corporate world. Growing up on a poultry farm, Traci learned early on that chores don't wait and that "hard work" is a sunrise-to-sunset commitment.
That foundation carried her to Auburn University, where she earned her degree in International Business, specializing in Marketing and Spanish, before entering the fast-paced world of corporate Human Resources. A true "Jill of all Trades," her career has spanned the corporate boardroom, the small-business franchise world, the non-profit sector, as well as 14 years in education.
This unique journey—from the farm to the classroom to the executive suite—is what makes Checklist Concierge different. Traci combines the grit of a farm upbringing with the refined precision of a corporate professional to serve the Cullman Community she calls home.
