Traci L. Johnson is the Owner and Founder of Checklist Concierge Service, LLC, a premier provider of professional concierge services based in Cullman, Alabama. Driven by a passion for delivering customized, efficient, and comprehensive solutions, Traci established the company, in May of 2022, to serve both individuals and organizations. Under her leadership, the Checklist Concierge Team offers a wide range of services, including personal assistance, business support, event planning, and organizational solutions, each carefully tailored to meet the specific needs of every client.
Traci’s journey began as the only daughter of a poultry farmer in Hanceville, where she cultivated a deep sense of hard work, discipline, and a commitment to her community. She exemplified these values through her active participation in numerous clubs, organizations, and community initiatives. Traci continued her education at Wallace State Community College before transferring to Auburn University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business, specializing in Spanish and Marketing. Upon completing her degree, Traci seamlessly transitioned into the professional world, spending over five years as a Human Resource Specialist. In this role, she honed her expertise in employee management, organizational development, and customer relations, further refining the skills that would define her career.
Traci’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to become the owner of two successful small businesses before returning to Cullman with her husband and toddler. As the co-owner of The UPS Store, she built a strong business acumen while simultaneously contributing her marketing expertise as the Marketing Director for United Way of Cullman County. Her work at United Way showcased her unwavering commitment to her community and her ability to develop impactful marketing strategies.
Traci’s career path then led her to Wallace State, where she spent 14 years teaching and mentoring students, further establishing her reputation as both an educator and a community leader. Prior to founding Checklist Concierge Service, Traci gained valuable industry experience during her four years at ERA Waldrop Real Estate, where she managed office operations and developed a comprehensive understanding of the real estate sector.
Traci’s journey is a testament to her diverse skill set, entrepreneurial spirit, and unwavering commitment to making a meaningful impact in both her professional and personal life. With over two decades of experience in business management, marketing, education, and community service, Traci has earned a reputation for her dedication to her community and has established her business as a trusted resource for individuals seeking to streamline their lives.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Traci is a dedicated member of the Cullman community, actively participating in various local organizations and initiatives. She takes great pride in contributing to the growth and development of her hometown while consistently advancing her business and providing her clients with the highest level of professionalism and care.
In August of 2025, Traci will celebrate 30 years of marriage to Jeff Johnson, a Business Professor at both Athens State University and Wallace State Community College. Together, they have two children, Payton and Luke, and a Goldendoodle named KodaBear. Their family also includes four German Exchange Lifelong Kiddos—Anna, Marlene, Erik, and Maybrit—who have become an integral part of their lives.
